1. Eligibility

Fresh Basket sells fresh fruits and vegetables sourced from trusted suppliers and farmers. Product availability, prices, and offers are subject to change without notice. Images are for representation only; actual products may vary in appearance.

3. Orders and Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Payment must be made through the approved payment methods available on our platform. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.

4. Delivery

We strive to deliver products within the estimated time. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

5. Returns and Refunds

Perishable goods such as fruits and vegetables are not eligible for return once delivered, except in cases of damage, spoilage, or incorrect items. Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to approval.

6. ⁠Use of Services

You agree not to misuse our Services or engage in fraudulent activity. Unauthorized use of our Services may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. ⁠Intellectual Property

All content on our website/app, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Fresh Basket. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

8. ⁠Limitation of Liability

Fresh Basket will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed by the customer.

9. ⁠Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of india. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of karnataka.
